Michele Biasutti (Italia) President of the Jury - Composer and Psychologist, he was awarded diplomas at the Padova Conservatory of music. A prize-winning composer (International Composer Competition L. Russolo, International Competition of Bourges, Concour International de Composition de la Societé de Musique Contemporaine du Québec, International Competition Pierre Schaeffer, ...), his works were radio broadcast (RAI, ORF, RNE 2, Radio
Bratislava, RTSI, HRT, Radio Canada) and selected for International Festivals (ISEA '95 in Montreal, ISEA '96 in Rotterdam, Soundbox in Helsinki, VI BSCM in Rio de Janeiro, JIM'99 in Paris, VII BSCM in Curitiba). His music was performed in Festivals in European cities (Music Now in Dublin, Purcell Room in London, Fondazione Levi in Venice, 31st International Music Festival in Opatija, 18° Festival Internacional de mùsica contemporànea in Valencia, Tempo di Pratolino in Florence, Aspekte in Salzburg, Triduum in Klagenfurt, Society for new music in Prague, Concerts à la Villa Gillet in Lyon, Musiques d'aujourd'hui in Marseille,
Neue Musik in Freiburg; Encuentros mùsica europea in Madrid...), in North and South America (M.I.T. in Boston, SMCQ in Montreal, San Francisco State University in S. Francisco, University of Maryland in Baltimore...) and in Australia (Interfaces, ACMC 2000 in Brisbane). He collaborated with International Centers for electronic music. 
He is active as music organizer, currently scientific director of the Computer Art Festival in Padova. He has taught at the Conservatories of Novara and Venice and is researcher at Padova University. Musicale Pescarese (MV001). Michele Biasutti specialized in ecological music, music which seeks to return to the essential elements of human nature, re-evaluating the primary sphere of human auditory perception. He is interested in the relationship between scientific thought and the logic of music, applying the results to his composition and research. Biasutti has
composed for theater, for chamber ensembles and for orchestra. His works for instruments and live electronics
deepens the possibilities of interaction between technological developments and instrumental resources. 
Michele Biasutti PhD is an Associate professor at Padova University, where he conducts research in psychology of music and music education. Among his research topics there are the cognitive processes in composition and improvisation, on-line music learning and the education of music teachers. He is proposing an approach to music education based on the development of processes rather than products. He is scientific director of research projects, he is a member of the editorial board of journals and he has published articles in international peer-reviewed journals. He was the scientific director of the international conferences Psychology and Music Education (PME04) and Training Music Teachers (TMT07) and author of seven books. He is President of the Italian Society for Music Education.


Edmund Campion (USA) is currently Professor of Music Composition and Director at the Center for New Music and Audio Technologies at the University of California, Berkeley.
As a 2016 Guggenheim Fellow, Mr. Campion composed for the Contemporary Gugak Orchestra, an ensemble of 50 musicians performing on ancient Korean instruments.  In 2015, the Ensemble Intercontemporain co-commissioned Campion and audiovisual artist Kurt Hentschläger for the 25-minute, Cluster X.  The multi-media work was premiered at the Philharmonie de Paris in October of 2015 and toured the United States. In 2012, while Composer in Residence with the Santa Rosa Symphony, Campion was commissioned for The Last Internal Combustion Engine, written for full orchestra, Kronos Quartet and electronics.  The piece was premiered as part of the opening season of the new Green Music Center and featured the use of the CNMAT Spherical Loudspeaker Array.  Joshua Kosman of the San Francisco Chronicle called the piece “a vivid and richly imagined concerto.”  (http://edmundcampion.com/) (http://cnmat.berkeley.edu/).
Campion is the recipient of numerous accolades including, the American Rome Prize, the Lili Boulanger Prize, The Paul Fromm Award at Tanglewood, and the Goddard Lieberson Fellowship given by the American Academy in Rome. Other commissions include the 2011 Commande d’etat for Wavelike and Diverse, written for Les Percussion des Strasbourg and released on the ensembles 50th anniversary Universal CD collection; Auditory Fiction (2011), commissioned by Société Générale for Radio France; Small Wonder (The Butterfly Effect) (2012), commissioned by the Serge Koussevitzky Foundation for the San Francisco Contemporary Music Players; Auditory Fiction II (2014), written for the ECO Ensemble for the Venice Music Biennale.


Juraj Ďuriš (Slovakia) graduated at the Slovak Technical University in 1978 and since then he has been working at the Experimental Studio of Radio Bratislava. He achieved his music and composition education through private studies. He participated on creation of several electroacoustic compositions and produced a number of his own projects. He participates in several intermedia activities and computer art projects in Slovakia and outside. He is programme adviser for experimental art at RTVS - Slovak Radio and teacher on Academy of Arts in Bratislava.

Harald Muenz - Born 1965 in Schwäbisch Hall / Germany, Harald studied under Helmut Lachenmann (1994-97), Krzysztof Meyer (1988-93), and Clarence Barlow, as well as in the Electronic Studio of Hochschule für Musik Cologne, and Cologne University’s Phonetic Institute (Georg Heike). Harald’s music has been performed by important musicians throughout Europe, in South Korea and the US, among many others by ensemble mosaik (Berlin), KNM Berlin, hand werk (Cologne),  Ensemble Modern (Frankfurt), Apartment House (London), Alter Ego (Rome), Neue Vocalsolisten (Stuttgart), musikfabrik (Cologne), the Fromm Players (Harvard University), and the Berlin Philharmonic. His works have been heard at many festivals (among others at Ultraschall Berlin, Acht Brücken Köln and Donaueschinger Musiktage) and have been widely broadcast nationally and internationally. He has received many bursaries and prizes, including the Research Grant NRW, Förderpreis Musik NRW, Bernd-Alois-Zimmermann-Stipendium Köln, and Villa Aurora Los Angeles. CDs with his music were published at Cybele records and WERGO. The music magazine MusikTexte (vol. 103) focused on his work. Harald is a transdisciplinary artist realising mainly instrumental, vocal, installative, performative and radiophonic works who is also active as a performer. He is a founding member of sprechbohrer, a unique vocal trio performing speech sound art in various formats (2 CDs with works by Helms and Schwitters @ Wergo). Harald is also active as a lecturer and author, and he edited a book about the Italian composer Franco Evangelisti for Pfau-Verlag. He was module leader for Aesthetic Phonetics at Cologne University from 2001--2005. 2006--2011 he was the Artistic Director of the Electronic Studio at the Musikhochschule in Lübeck. 2005--2016 Harald held a full-time permanent job as Lecturer in Music (Composition) at Brunel University London, a post from which he resigned on his own initiative in September 2016 to be able to dedicate more of his time to his artistic work. Currently he is teaching as a free-lance at the International Ensemble Modern Academy in Frankfurt/M. His piano concertino ciascuno avrà i suoi cinque minuti was premiered at the 2017 Music Biennale in Zagreb. Roberta Silvestrini (Italia), docente presso il Conservatorio di Musica Statale “G. B. Pergolesi” di Fermo, inizia la sua formazione musicale con gli studi musicali di Pianoforte, di Composizione sotto la guida del M° Aurelio Samorì, di Direzione d’Orchestra, di Strumentazione per Banda , di Didattica della Musica conseguendo i diplomi presso il Conservatorio “G. Rossini” di Pesaro e presso il Conservatorio “G. B. Martini” di Bologna. Gli studi proseguono ai corsi estivi di perfezionamento all’Accademia Chigiana di Siena con i Maestri Franco Donatoni e Luciano Berio; dal 1991 frequenta all’Accademia Chigiana di Siena i corsi da Musica da Film tenuti dal M° Ennio Morricone e  presso l’Accademia S. Cecilia di Roma frequenta il corso di perfezionamento in Composizione con il M° Franco Donatoni. Sin dall’inizio della sua attività  collabora con solisti internazionali, associazioni teatrali ed ensemble nazionali ed estere; molte sue opere sono state commissionate ed eseguite da importanti sedi concertistiche e rinomati festival. Ha collaborato con illustri poeti e scrittori (Edoardo Sanguineti, Mario Luzi, Maria Luisa Spaziani, Franco Scataglini, Angelo Ferracuti, Giancarlo Trapanese, Patrizia Valduga, Carlo Lucarelli, Umberto Piersanti, Dacia Maraini, Francesca Merloni, Gianni D’Elia, Roberto Piumini, Pierluigi Cappello, Marco Fortuna, Maurizio Cucchi, Valerio Magrelli,De Angelis  ecc…) componendo  brani per musica e poesia e per teatro. Alcuni suoi lavori sono trasmessi  dalla RAI e da diversi enti televisivi e radiofonici, pubblicati da diverse Case Editrici musicali, Rugginenti, BMG Ricordi, Rivo Alto, Agenda, Iktius, Primrose, Aliamusica, Pk work, Ars Publica, EurArte, MAP, Berben, Auralit, Taukay, Rai Trade. All’attività compositiva affianca anche quella di Direttore d’Orchestra e di Coro, dal 1987 dirige il Coro S. Giovanni Battista di Senigallia, è direttore artistico dell’Associazione “Musica Antica e Contemporanea” di Senigallia e della rassegna di musica contemporanea “Musica Nuova Festival”.
